The trade in Canada is always flush with bonus rewards opportunities for travel agents as suppliers seek to encourage bookings and to thank agents for their loyalty. Here is our monthly look at some of the offers that are currently available:

GLP Worldwide: On April 22, 2018, travel agents will have an opportunity to take a complimentary guided tour of Hurtigruten’s expedition vessel, the MS Fram, when it visits Halifax, April 22, 2018. Agents will receive an extensive tour of the Fram and meet ship line representatives. Agents can also participate in an educational presentation about the MS Fram and the Hurtigruten fleet. The Fram is used for 33 different cruise programs from the Antarctica, Northwest Passage, Spitsbergen, Greenland, Iceland, Norway as well as new coastal America and Caribbean cruises. To register for the free tour, presentation and luncheon, visit: http://info.glpworldwide.com/tour-ms-fram.  Space is limited.

Sunwing: Through Dec. 31, agents can earn four per cent bonus commission with Sunwing when booking select resorts in Roatan and La Seiba, Honduras.  Plus, each time an agent makes a booking to any participating resort in either destination, they’ll gain a ballot for a chance to win one of multiple all-inclusive vacations for two to one of the hotspots. For clients, participating resorts in the destination are offering incentives during the month – from complimentary room upgrades to resort credits and more.

Sunwing offers weekly flights from Montreal and Toronto to both La Ceiba and Roatan. New for this season, vacationers from Bagotville and Quebec will be able to take advantage of a new flight service to Roatan departing Mondays between Dec. 18 and April 16, 2018. For more details on the promotion, visit www.sunwingagents.ca.
