Who is the ideal client for Hard Rock Hotels All Inclusive Collection?
I truly feel that there is something for everyone at the Hard Rock properties. Most definitely someone who wants to make the most of their vacation as Hard Rock has so much to offer with their resort credit, activities, and entertainment options all day and night.


What do you tell your clients about the resorts?
Resort credit for tours and spa included, new promotions, service, food and beverage, always looking ahead, spontaneous pop-ups around the property…


What about those resort credits?
Hard Rock’s limitless resort credit program is one of my biggest selling features. It’s what differentiates this five-star property from others. The credits can be used for the spa, off-site tours, golf, wine upgrades, Camp Woodward (Riviera Maya), and more. Any client travelling for seven nights will receive $1,800 in resort credits per room. They will pay a 20 per cent service fee for purchases – that’s it! The all-inclusive Hard Rock resorts often have double resort credit promotions as well, which can qualify clients for $3,600 per room.


What’s your favourite thing about the hotels?
It’s hard to find one favourite as there are so many! The staff is amazing, the food is incredible, and there is always so much happening and never a lack of things to do!  


They’re not just about the music?
Music is the centre of the Hard Rock brand, but their all-inclusives are so much more than that. They are incredible family-friendly five-star resorts that will exceed any clients’ expectations. There are activities all day and night that cater to the needs of many different clients. I can feel confident sending any one of my clients to a Hard Rock resort, whether they are seeking a laid-back, or action-packed vacation. 


The Woodward Riviera Maya sounds exciting!
Yes! Camp Woodward is a 6,100-sq.-m. lifestyle and action sports facility featuring concrete skate ramps, foam pits, a BMX track, parkour, trampolines for gymnastics, cheerleading and even drylands skiing and snowboards using special training equipment. The facility just opened at Riviera Maya in August. It’s not only great for teens and families, but can also provide amazing team-building activities for corporate groups, families, and even wedding parties. Woodward Punta Cana is set to open in the Spring. The best part is that it can be paid for with resort credits!


What sort of response have you received from clients who have visited the resorts?
I have never received a complaint! My clients love the resorts and return wanting to book their next trip to the Hard Rock!


You’re a “Gold Amped” agent; what does that mean?
Hard Rock has an incredible agent rewards program called Amplified Rewards. My Gold status reflects the number of rooms sold and travelled in a calendar year. As a Gold agent, I have access to an exclusive VIP resort e-mail, discounts and amenities when I travel to the resorts, benefits for my clients, and invites to special Hard Rock events and concerts in my region.


Any tips for selling AIC you can pass on?
I educate clients on the value of staying at the Hard Rock resorts, instead of just looking at a price tag. A small cost difference can make or break an experience and overall vacation; I make sure my clients can see the bigger picture, and all the added value when they stay at a Hard Rock resort.
